Returns & Refunds Overview
E-Plaza aims to provide a seamless hassle free shopping and return experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange based on the guidelines outlined below.
Return Window & Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full cash refund on qualifying products and their condition.

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date to qualify for store credit.

Items must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return (see below).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: Submit a return request through our Online Return Portal with proof of purchase and clear images of the item.

Approval & Shipping: If approved, you will receive return instructions via email. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of approval.
- If the return is returned past 10 days of approval that was initiated within 30 day policy: Money Back Approval will be cancelled and no longer eligible for money back return, only store credit. As the return will no longer in compliance of our 30 return policy.
- If the return is returned past the 90 day return policy. Approval will be cancelled as it is no longer in compliance of our 90 day return policy. If an item is shipped to our warehouse dated past the 90 day period item will be discarded.
- Ensure to submit return request within our 30 or 90 return policy as mail in product on time.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days but may take up to 2-3 weeks to reflect in bank account, depending on banking institutions.

Final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Gift Cards
Gift cards do not quality for returns during any time period.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were purchased with a gift card and we do not cash out gift cards. No cash refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

❌ Beauty products, cosmetics, accessories
❌ Customized or personalized items
❌ Clearance and sale items (marked final sale)
❌ Gift cards, promotional items

E-Plaza is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep proof of return.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We take fraud prevention seriously. If a chargeback is filed after a valid return has been processed, we reserve the right to revoke future purchases and account access.
Reserved Rights & Policy Enforcement
E-Plaza reserves the right to:

Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.

Deny returns for items that appear worn, damaged, washed, or missing tags.

Blacklist customers with excessive return activity or suspected fraudulent behavior.
By making a purchase on E-Plaza, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can start the return process online, in your account portal.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and discarded.
